  • a. This website is operated by Consulting Academy Services S. de R. L. de C.V., a company that generates educational programs for the development of online businesses and information security (hereinafter, "Consulting Academy Services", "We", "our" or "CAS") based in Mexico. Consulting Academy Services respects users' right to privacy and is committed to protecting the integrity of its users' and visitors' personal information. 


This privacy policy ("Policy") therefore describes our approach to handling personal information collected in connection with access to and use of www.iamcarlosayala.com, (the "Site"), including its forums, blogs, and related features, products and services (collectively, the "Service" or "The Services"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the manner in which your personal information is collected, used, stored, retained, shared, disclosed or transferred (together, "processing") as explained in this Privacy Policy.

Third-party websites and services have their own policies regarding the collection of personal information, to which we are not a party. Consulting Academy Services collects your information in different ways, depending on how users interact with our Services. Below is an explanation of how we collect various types of information.

    • i. Account and Profile Information: We provide the ability for our users and affiliates to register and create a member account on the Site. To complete your registration, we will ask you to provide your name and email address. We will also require you to create your own password. Our website also features a member forum where users can connect, follow each other, and participate in public and/or private discussions or conversations. At your discretion, you may provide a profile picture to allow other members to identify you.

    • ii. Contact Information: When you contact us by email for feedback or to subscribe to our podcasts or newsletter, you may provide personal information, including your full name, phone number, and email address.

    • iii. Social Media Account Information: Consulting Academy Services allows users to log in to the Site using their Facebook, Google+, TikTok, Tumblr, LinkedIn, and Twitter social media accounts. If you choose to authenticate using your social media details, please note that you will be providing us with your username and email address. In addition, our Service may access your username and profile picture, if available.  Consulting Academy Services does not collect, receive, or access passwords for such accounts.

    • iv. User Content: We provide an interactive online forum where members can interact and discuss topics of interest. This forum allows you to create, upload, and/or submit information. Please note that information posted on the forum (including personal information) is considered public and non-confidential and will be accessible to us and all users. We are not responsible for how other users handle personal information or information disclosed on the forum.

    • v. Payment Information: When you book an event, webinar, consultation, or other service that requires payment, we will collect your full name, email address and phone number, credit or debit card information, or your preferred payment method, e.g., PayPal or MercadoPago.

    • vi. Delivery/Shipping Information: When you purchase products (e.g., guidebooks, manuals, etc.), we will collect your name, email address, and shipping address in order to ship those products.


b. Information We Automatically Track

  • i. Information Collected Using Cookies: This website uses cookies to understand how users interact with the Site. A cookie is a small file containing random text. A website places a cookie on a user's device when visiting the site, and the cookie is stored in the device's memory or storage for a certain period of time, depending on whether it is a session or persistent cookie. A session cookie is a temporary cookie used only during your browsing session and is discarded by the web server when you leave the site or close your browser. A persistent cookie may remain on the user's device until it expires or until the user manually deletes it.

     Google Analytics Cookies, as well as third-party services: We also   use Google Analytics to measure and analyze traffic to our website and compile reports on user interactions with the Site. Google Analytics is a third-party service provided by Google and may set tracking cookies that can distinguish users and devices and collect data about how users use our website. In general, our website uses cookies to:


  • - authenticate users;

  • - remember to enter information and keep you logged in while browsing the site;

  • - remember items placed in the site's shopping cart and define affiliate actions;

  • - track user behavior on the Service (e.g., pages viewed on the site);

  • a. Consent. We rely on your consent to create a Member Account and enroll you in one of our affiliate programs (Affiliate Programs).

Members, users, or affiliates can also update some of their information on their account profile page. If you have subscribed to our newsletter or podcasts and no longer wish to receive emails about these services, you have the option to unsubscribe or write to us expressing your choice not to be contacted as such, and we will no longer contact you.

Consulting Academy Services does not target or provide services to individuals under the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “minors”), nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from them.
